Last night after Mordheim I finished a third ruined CWU tower, and connected it to the second by bridge, then mounted both of them to a larger base of foamcore. (For this Streets of Himmelveil would be bloody useful!) The first tower is remaining free standing. Next week's project is to rebuild the Arena, this time I intend to have a permanent arena, dang it! And I want some damaged sections... The Auld Grump |

I have been going through cardstock DTs because I can't afford a new ink cartridge... Looking at online refill sites, any recommendations? |

More ladders, more stairs. And some work on a building using CWU. The Auld Grump |

This past weekend, I finished over half of the mounting of the basing I need for the prison at least the above ground structures. Got 16 wall sections done and the first floor of the barracks done. That means I only need to do the second floor and roof levels of the barracks, the admin building, the roof of the block house, then 3 towers. Oh and a few misc pieces to bring it all together. I'm looking at about another 2 weeks worth of work, which means I might actually get it done in time. That is, if I can stay off of Doom 3. ![]() Skunk Check out my fantasy campaign, Wizard Quest, a world using Wizards of the Coast’s 3.5 DnD system by visiting . Prepped 6 of the 6" Pro FeltMasterLinX boards, and finished 3 of them. The other 3 need only the velcro grid. |

I've done the other three boards... *whew* Now I've got enough for a 2' x 1.5' grid. A few more, and I'm the same physical size as a normal Pro Masterboard. There's a toss-up in my book as to which is worse to do: the Pro Masterboard layout or gluing and cutting the floor tiles? They both suck. ![]() Still, can't have much without 'em. ![]() [edit] also printed up a bit more of the Skull Cove stuff, and cut it out. Just need to score, fold and glue it. I also made some papercraft dice as a promo for my gaming discussion board's site. They're pretty cool. I did a d6, d8, and a d10. |

I partially assembled the wood pier from SK. And made a few of the Tresure chests & cargo stuff. _____ I've got a couple of sets of paper (d20) dice. I've made the 20, 30 and 6 sided. The real challenge was to print and fold the 20 and 30sided to actual size(standard) using 110lb carstock. Both are within 5% of actaul size. But the D30 didn't fold up so well. I may get better results making it with 60lb. instead. I coated both with 3 layers of flat acrylic varnish. Then spray coated with a satin cover. They both are hard as rocks...but are a little too light. I think I may fill them with that self-hardening spray foam or something to give them weight. Anyone have any ideas what might make a good filler that won't eventually shift the weight. -Floyd |
