I am not sure what causes this, but if I turn off my computer after looking at the board in order to do something else (like glue some more sewers in this case) when I boot back up and go to the board again any topics that I have not read are now marked as read unless new replies have been added. On other boards this does not appear to be the case, there is a persistance of marking only the threads that I have actually read. Not a big deal, but vaguely annoying, as I suspect that I have missed some replies entirely this way. The Auld Grump, who still needs a new mouse... the left btton is now unreliable... |

That is a phpbb thing (one of the few things about phpbb that really annoys me), and I don't think there is a fix for it. I think it has to do with the timestamp of your last cookie, but honestly I haven't really spent much time investigating. |
