You should have seen the building of the CN Tower in Toronto during the 70's. They had a huge mould that they would slowly slide up. Pour>harden>slide up>repeat. You can see the horizontal lines where the layers of concrete were poured in this pic: Looks like some repair work there too....yikes!!! When it first opened there ware handbills all over downtown: CN TOWER IMPACT ZONE Someone though it was going to fall over. |
