Hi folks,

I'm just wondering if anything has been done with Battlestations Kitbashing. This game is by far the most entertaining rpg experience that I've had.

Our group was suspensfully silent during big rolls, followed by enormous cheers when things would work. It's been a while since we've had that kind of immersion.



Anyway, the tiles for the game require that your characters be at a certain spot (a "battlestation" ... funny that) on a map to execute an action. I'm wondering if it would be a great opportunity to cross market two amazing underdoggish production houses (WWG and the Battlestations folks).

Paul Tevis, of the "Have Games will Travel" podcast, did a pretty thororough review of the game last week. And the guys at The Dice Tower(another great Podcast) like the game quite a bit too.

It's something I've added to my "to get" list. It's a bit pricey for all that you get. But the rules system does sound nice and fun.

I have the game but haven't had a chance to play it yet. It looks great. First Light would work with it I would imagine, but you'd need to build a LOT of them to represent the different ship layouts you can encounter from game to game.
