Heh, I hate cell phones. I find them intrusive, when I am away from the phone I want to be away from the phone!

I use my cellphone purely to keep in touch with my wife... and if I really don't want to talk to anyone... it'll conveniently be charging It's actually very difficult to buy a cell phone these days without a camera. I recently got a new one and almost every one in the store had a camera.

I do use a seperate camera to take photos though... the phone is just a novelty.

Auld Grump, you have me curious though. What exactly is this summer job? It sounds like a lot of fun

With five people, five jobs, school, activities, etc. we've found cell phones indispensable to keep coordinated. They've also proven useful when trouble on the road arises. The trick is that we pretty much keep the numbers within the family. (well, the two youngest don't but then we don't have to answer their phones.). Now our home phone is pretty much left to the answering machine so overall cell phones have really cut down on disruptive or nuisance calls for us.

Ugh. 48 small buildings finished. Now the big stuff.
