I got it! Yah! The instructions you created are really great. I wanted to buy some copies for my friends and it will make it real easy for some of them. ;) Thanks for making the models so I can print them straight onto my Canon printer. :) This will give me more than enough to do until the next release. ... Now where do I put the 4x8 table to build my city on? Thanks again! p.s. I left a comment on RPGnow letting others know they will not be disappointed. ;D |

Greetings, I just wanted to add that after putting together some of the buildings, that they are much sturdier than other house buildings I have put together. The support tabs really do strengthen the whole structure. The extra tabs idea for stacking the floors really works great. I am not scared of touching the models for fear of pushing the walls in and having to push them back out. :) Oh, and I printed out some extra sheets so I could cut out some extra doors and windows if I want to add extra. I might try to crop some windows and doors out and make a printable sheet that just has doors and windows on it to save paper and ink. I will experiment with combining elements from the buildings and post some pics in the building pics area. |

Thank you for the supportive words and terrific comments on RPGNow Steve. You da man! Your modification ideas are always great. Perhaps I will release an extra doors and windows patch for everyone who has purchased VillageWorks. Just as a side note, I should have the "Penny Strip" and "Edging" tutorials up by next week at the latest. Thanks again :D |

Denny! I stayed up last night reloading RPGnow.com over and over until Villageworks showed... downloaded it, and stayed up even later putting a few models together. Man, all I have to say is SWEET! This is definitley going to keep me busy until the next release! Thanks for all that you do for us paper model building geeks! Beau |

Wow. Now that’s dedication Momaw! I hope its as addictive putting it together as it was creating the set. I can’t say it enough but I’m really glad that my stuff is finding the audience it was intended for. I hope it fills your many needs! Thanks for the support Momaw. |

The VillageWorks set looks quite impressive. However, I haven't been able to build it yet due to my inability to download it. A 17 meg file on a 56k dial-up connection is a wee bit time-consuming to download and is prone to errors. That being said, I can't wait to get it DL'ed (I'm trying again right now) and I can't wait to start building! Maybe two smaller files would be better? |

I finally finished the download! Oh MY GOD! Simply Incredible. I have built dozens of cardstock models, but these take the cake. These are hands down the most beautiful fantasy models I have ever seen! One question: Why the black background on the villagers? |

Thanks Chris! In retrospect I would have chosen a neutral grey for the figure backgrounds. Why did I choose to color the backgrounds; White is too damn white and black is to damn black. Talk to you soon ;D |

Villageworks rocks! ... and I am eagerly awaiting MORE! A suggestion concerning the background of your Citizens: even if white is too white... stay with it, please! I own lots of cardboard heroes and 99,9% of them have a white backdrop (the only exception are from a very old D&D module)... white is kind of a standard with paper minis. Keep up the great work :) Markus |

Greetings, Would it be possible to give us a choice on what background color we can print out the villagers with? On one page they have a white background, on another page a black one and finally a grey one. ;D |

Just downloaded VillageWorks and I have to say that I am quite pleased. In addition to the buildings which show a great attention to detail, I like the "Masterboard" idea as well. I plan on getting a piece of foamboard tomorrow - one side grass and the other side dirt. Also, I had a huge battle in our game last night that involved a castle siege. I used the "CastleWorks" to build a nicely sized keep. My players were quite impressed with everything. I even build a siege tower/battering ram out of balsa wood. Too bad I lack a nice digital camera, otherwise I would have taken a picture. Anyway, great job Denny. As long as you keep putting out stuff of this quality, you've got a customer in me. |

Well after many days getting my new computer tweaked to proper working order I finally bought Villageworks. I just wanted to tell you my opinion of this product. This has got to be the best cardboard modeling kit I have yet to see from you or from anyone! I am extremely impressed with the quality of the product. The art is just fantastic! Your ability to created a artistic yet sturdy product is unparalled. You definitely have gift and a talent for doing this. I am sure that every other product you come out with will be just as good. I've bought DungeonWorks and then this one and this is definitely the better of the two. Keep up the great work! I will buy whatever else you come out with, without hesitation. Thanx for listenin' Mr. Grimm P.S. I built the stable and building and they went together flawlessly. Much better instructions this time as well. Bravo! |
