The good news? We finally got a workable offer on the house, and it looks like they're going to accept our counter-offer.

Obviously its good cause we want to sell the thing (we're building a house that should be done in September), and this offer is about what I wanted to get out of the house - or at least, what I thought we'd get out of it. We'd had offers before, but most were really fishing.
What is a bummer is that we're going to have to live in temporary housing for a decent spell (at least a month, probably two, hopefully no more) - and that space is going to be greatly restricted. So, its very likely I won't get any building done during that span.
And there is so much cool stuff that is coming that I won't be able to build right away ....
We started looking at corporate housing for the two months we'll be between houses. One of them is in a really good location, and has a yard (which means no kenneling for the dog) and an extra room that I could store my modeling/minis in and still be able to do some building (and saves the likely cost of the climate controlled storage unit I was considering). Its pricey, but it looks like it could be worth it.
