The product lineup for 2003 is all laid out on the homepage of WorldWorks. CaveWorks will follow the InteriorWorks set so you can expect CaveWorks around late Febuary, early March. Maybe sooner

OK Denny: I don't want to stress you out or anything. I certainly don't want to rush you, you take just as long as you need to complete these beautiful projects of yours. I must ask out of idle curiousity, when is the new Caveworks to be released? I'm looking forward to it with great anticipation. Wow...Did I actually say early March...lol. Let me be “straight up” for a minute (actually, I’m always straight up) Sorry for the relative silence but I've got so many different projects on the go right now that things are changing on a weekly basis. I now see why most companies be they software or RPG don’t release "due dates". Instead they give a quarterly mark to cover their asses. Oh well its all part of my learning curve. You'll all have to forgive my relative ignorance to the business world. So...As it stands now and to keep everyone in the loop, here is the tenative release schedule for the next few months. This of course may change but it will give you all some indication of where things are headed. 1. InteriorWorks. End of March. 2. Mystery release. End of March. 3. There was to be a third release in March but we’ve decided to invest more time in its development. Trust me, it's going to rock the D20 world! I think you’ll forgive the delay once you see how cool it is. 4. Mystery release #2. Mid April. 5. CaveWorks. End of April. I think CaveWorks is going to surprise allot of people. Lots of pre-development going on. 6. Beyond these core releases WorldWorks is taking a huge leap into some exciting territory. You'll have to wait and see I can tell you that one small element of future releases will be full-fledged plastic cast miniatures. They will be at the same detail and quality level as standard minis but WAY cheaper. Along the same lines as Warhammer figures. Were going to give the minis market a run for its money. Don’t worry though; the paper minis are still in the pipeline. I’ll be sure to post development sketches and prototype shots as soon as I get around to it. This is just one small project that is evolving in the quickly growing WorldWorks studio. I've gone from solo to employing two extra staff in just over three months and no one is more surprised than me. I’ll be sure to get staff bios up when were closer to release. Our other projects are simply too hot to talk about at this stage. I cant wait to release the coming chaos that is WorldWorks on you guys ;D |

Excellent! Updates on the due out is very welcome by me. Delays are unavoidable and for me understandable. But these due dates gives me hope and drool factor. Give me a reason to save / hold on this money than blow it off with some other thing... Like this particular PDF company promised expansion for thier product. After 1 year.. I still havent seen it. Major <bleep!, Bleep!!>  I'm happy with the way you give us dates. Doesnt have to be accurate but more or less is good. |

I agree, as long as you point out that the 'due date' is not set in stone, it gives guys like me hope that there is progress being made, and something to look forward to. I dislike when companies let a 'due date' pass by without some kind of update, though. I think all of us are willing to bear with a few delays. After all, we'd rather have a nearly perfect release than a nearly perfect release date! Later, Carl |

Looking forward to it. I've spent a few entertaining hours putting villageworks together and I'm now thinking about buying dungeonworks even though I'll probably never use it in my roleplaying campaign - I just like sticking the stuff together! |

i just got played my first game session useing the dungeon works, and my players loved it. they really got a kick out of it. Was useing some of thh mage night Dungeons Artfact collections i got cheap for interior spice, but i can't wait for Interior works, and like always Caveworks will be great for my City of the Spider Queen campaign. Thanks fo rthe heads up.. looking forward to the big released announcements on the front page. |
