I would far rather print out my own product. If I mess up folding and gluing, or a model gets crushed in a tragic accident, or I decide I just want to make the dungeon lots, lots bigger, or I throw away the models, stop gaming for five years, then want to start again, I'd always be able to print off a new copy. I'm not sure how many sheets I can print off of one color ink cartridge, but I'm sure it would be a lot more cost effective than having to buy it in a store. Also, more convenient. |

Hmmm, I have mixed feelings about preprinted materials - I would want them to give as gifts, but would not be all that likely to use them myself. As gifts they might serve to bring people into the hobby, especially if they include the PDFs, which Chunky Dungeons did. If the preprinted product had been the Maiden I would probably purchased at least two copies, folks that I know are into that whole Pirates thing.... ![]() As a related aside someone is selling a Print on Demand set-up with training. He wants more money than I think Denny & Co. can afford, but... The Auld Grump, cause it would really be nice to be really wrong. |

Pre-printed and die-cut I might be interested in buying. Just pre-printed, without the CD? Nah... |

I would probably not buy pre-printed stuff unless there was a particular building I wanted from a set. Buying the pdf files gives me the flexibility that pre-printed would probably lack, especially since I game in multiple scales and typically will print out a set to both scales; I have printed out and am building a Mars Station set-up in 15mm for Laserburn, and am also printing out some of the Mars Station stuff for 28mm. I am even considering using some of the MS stuff for my 6mm SciFi figures! That said, I reckon pre-printed could be produced in much better quality than the printouts I use and would look all lovely, glossy and shiny new, which would be nice. Cheers, Wukong |

I voted for 200% (guessing that would put the price $30). Honestly though, I would rather just buy the pdf and print for myself for the very reasons others mentioned early in this topic. However, I think selling printed versions through customary channels (such as gaming stores) would do much in helping get Worldworks name out there. Also, I think it would be a great oppertunity for Worldworks to print double sided pages exterrior on one side, interior on the other. In which case I probably would be willing to pay 30 - 35 bucks. But, given how they glue together maybe thats easier said than done (printing double sided I mean). |
