So here I am at work posting this. I can not get the site to come up at all at home. I've reset the modem, reset the router, both with the PCs on and off. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? |

If you're both having issues with Earthlink, you might give them a buzz (or an email) and tell them whats up happening. They may have inisight - they could have the IP blacklisted, or just be having connection issues. Our company IP range was blocked by the local Time Warner CO not to long ago; lasted for a day. It was very annoying, to say the least. |

Something like that happens to me, but its between the two networked comps in my house, one can get on and the other can't but it's not all the time, like now I can access it from both. Best of luck figuring it out though. |

Heh, may have fixed mine, have no idea but I had some serious issues with running speed today, when it came to anything internet related my comp ran smooth, windows opened fast, even WoW which my sister played this morning ran fine, and I had no issues as long as it was online...when it came to the desktop, or any of the windows programs, files, etc...it took five minutes to open everything, including simple tabs and such, just finished reformating my drive after spending over 12 excrutiatingly slow hours of trying to fix, then just to save unretreivable files before doing a full reformat of my drive. Meh, lost so much personalized information, what I get for not backing up files, hope I don't have any further serious issues, and everything is running much smoother than normal, we'll see if I have any more connection issues with WW's which happen only once in awhile. |

I talked with Earthlink and they have an issue with their DNS servers. I'll shoot you a PM, Kane, that will explain how to work around this until they get it fixed. Kinda bass ackwards, but at least I can access it from home now. Jeez. I live, eat, breath, shoot, sh^t, DNS every day. Trying to get them to understand the issue was a bit. Finally someone told me they would look into it and found the issue with the DNS servers. CCotD' |

Assuming WorldWorks has a static IP address, you can use to access the site directly. |

It does, but it will redirect the IP address to the store address, so you have to use this: http://216.227.214.250/store/ Even then, all of the links are coded to www.woldworksgames.com, so you'd have to change that to the IP address on every link you wanted to visit, and that would probably be a problem when submitting forms (such as to buy items). |
