We were going to hold off on this one until the launch of the new store but since there is so much coming out on October 1st I thought we should give you something to sink your teeth into. We hope it will fill the gap for you between now and our launch date. Matt Lyon's 'Bits of Mayhem: Downtown' is an expansion to the incredibly popular 'Bits of Mayhem' model set. Featuring new "Hollywood Flat" style buildings, signs, doors and roofing set in a downtown theme. A fantastic addition to your current Mayhem builds and sure to add more depth to your city. At just $7.00 this set is a steal of a deal. See it here: http://worldworksgames.com/store/index. ... cts_id=137 *Please note* Due to the simplicity of this set instructions are not included. If you have difficulties or you are new to the hobby you can download a free "Hollywood Flats" instruction pack from Matt Lyon's original 'Bits of Mayhem' here: http://www.worldworksgames.com/cat_imag ... yflats.zip |

A perfect entretainment for my turn in the office this morning...printing them... At firts look a great addition...if only now it can be a new tile set for the street... (If I don't remember bad there is only one texture for the street so you have the same can and paper in every one of them...Only and idea) Thanks |

Man ... glad I was up late! ![]() Snapped this up immediately. Quick glance and it looks fantastic. ![]() Major kudos to Matt and to anyone else involved. ![]() ![]() ![]() Bayushi ... I actually kitbashed the straight street you mention, and now have 5 alternate versions. One, I removed all the trash (there were four bits on that tile, and then four other versions where just ONE of the bits of trash was left. So I have six: a no trash, trash a, trash b, trash c, trash d and the original four trash street sections. I submitted it, however, it's deemed too valuable to allow as a kitbash. I know that sounds odd but it makes sense. Some people only buy the kits to get the superior streets. If there was a bash with complete street tiles ... it could cut into sales. ![]() I also bashed a driveway tile by taking the driveway bit provided in one set and melding it to the street tile (I didn't want to cut and paste bits together for real, I prefer the seemless electronic format). Had to then tweak that tile to have a 1" grid (which is what I use). But again, too valuable. ![]() Again, super-d-duper Matt ![]() Steve |

Love the new set. Well done Matt on another fine release. I think this set has a lot of potential, and can't wait to get stuck in. We always want more though, so even though this set is still printing... I'm eagerly awaiting your next release ![]() Arabin |

Oh the puns we can have with that one Lord. How about Unger Dogs! a small kitbash of a streetcorner hot dog stand? Lyon's Den! a hip club kitbash using the stairs from the subway piece and a cool sign. The stairs will lead to under a building of corse. Senior Moments! A small kit, probably just a few suitable signs for the building and the loop driveway out front (semi-circle of grass needs a quaint sign). This would of course, be a senior retirement center. Could use a few park-like benches, and a few walkers to leave about too. I should stop now. As for my wallet Matt ... I find your lack of sincerity disturbing ![]() I have something like 23 of the 26 kits produced by WWG. I feel like the moth in Bug's Life every time I see a new kit. It's so beautiful, I MUST have it, even if I dont' need it. The only kits (so far) I don't have are siege and harbormaster and maiden. But you are right, if I ever wanted to do an oil rig, Maiden would be on my list to get the sea tiles. GAHK!!! Another kit to buy. ![]() Steve |
