Depending on the look you want and type of character, there's Yu-Baaba, from Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi, Spirited Away in the US. Might be hard to get a good picture of her, but one is .
Also, have you checked out images of Gaia, since she's an Earth Mother... is one.
There's Demeter, the Greek goddess of Earth, . Very slow load time for me, kinda dark image, but could be what you're looking for.

You could also do searches for Earth Mother, Gaia, or something similar if those images aren't what you're looking for.
