No news letter showed up. I guess that's why I was late to the re-opening party. CCotD' |

CC ... I was going to say that it appears we Puget Sound dwellers were being excluded, but Zim, er Jynx got one, so that shoots that conspiracy theory all to hell! I didn't receive any newsletter, but then, this is the first I've heard of one, and if it's something I'm supposed to sign up for then I may not have. Then again, it's entirely possible I checked off a box somewhere and said yeah, sign me up. Speaking of which ... I never understood why I needed to log in to the main page. Sure, it went from Guest to "Hello Steve..." but nothing else ever changed. And I couldn't set it to remember me, so every time I went there I was Guest again. Unlike the forums, which once set to remember me, always has. Steve P.S. Zim was one damn funny series, too bad it was cancelled. Brilliant show. ![]() |

Denny ... Maybe you should turn your Newsletter into a pdf and plunk them somewhere as a free download. So you can send them out, and then open a topic in the forum that says October Newsletter Shipped!. And then in the forum say "For those who missed it, follow this link". ![]() Like a free kit sample, people can go through a few steps and get to it. Then you don't have to worry about follow-ups. You'll also probably find out if people got theirs because they will see the forum topic, and either post "Hey, how do you sign up for this thing" or "Hey, I didn't get mine" Just a thought. |
