OK, on the home page, it looks like there is some form of giant robot lurking at the top... is this a WWG kit? Which set is it in?

Heh, you must mean the iron golem from the new module "Missing Persons". Go , it's the first picture available. It is sort of a giant robot, miniature sized. A full 3D paper standup model similiar to the dragon from "Lair of the Dragon God".

Yes, that's the one! That sucker looks like it's maybe 4" tall... anyone know how big it actually is?

I know they aren't but the images on the golem's legs look a little like a Space Marine logo from Warhammer 40k. A little eagle like!
