Um... Aren't you forgetting that the majority of the masterboard will be covered when the castle is completed? So it really doesn’t matter that there are only two tiles as the walls and buildings will hide so much of the floor. |

Under normal circumstances, you are correct Sir. However, I want it to be more multi-purpose than that. I had plans to use it for city streets in Ptolus, a courtyard in a giant's castle, etc, etc. Any chance on... oh, I dunno... the set's designer revisiting it for a few hours and making like... four more? I know, I know... a lot to ask. I love you guys and this place and don't you forget it. ![]() |

dmmagic ... also, and this won't help you short term, but it needs to be said ... Once upon a time a man named Denny thought the world needed a wide variety of ground tiles made of cardstock, and he slaved and toiled and brought forth the Streets of Mayhem. And the "Modern" world rejoiced. And those who play fantasy said unto Denny "My GOD man, what were you thinking? Surely you should have done fantasy first!" And so Denny slaved and toiled, toiled and slaved, and word came forth that the Streets of Himmelveil were soon to arrive. They would be works of pure magic. And then his hard drive crashed, and Denny said "Backup? I don't need no stinkin' backup!" And was forced to start from scratch. And then the mighty multi-headed hydra that is "business management" reared their many ugly heads, and Denny had so much business to take care of that the mighty Streets of Himmelveil took a back seat. And there they have languished. And from time to time, people who claim to love Denny will create a thread and poke a hot, sharp stick into his side with kind words such as "Hey Denny, any word on SOH?" And Denny will weep, and say he wants to get to it, but ... So the moral of the story is, if you wait patiently, you will one day get a fantasy treatment much like the Streets of Mayhem. You will have grass and dirt on which to places houses, you will have cobblestone and dirt streets upon which to tread. There will likely be small props like wells and such, and I would bet money on a bridge or two (probably one of wood, the other of stone) to be used to cross river tiles. But for now ... we play the waiting game. ![]() |

Love the fire eacape plan - would think it would be a hoot to see that in one of those diagrams that you see in hotels. Lord Abaddon of Wormwood |

Before I moved to my current house, I was in an apartment that had a few fire alarms go off from time to time. We have two cats, and love them dearly, but they really hate to travel about, so typically, since it was just a scare most of the time, we would grab our wallets/purses, jackets and head outside, leaving everything else behind. Well during one of those alarms, I got outside and actually saw smoke coming out of one of the ground floor units (this was about 3am). I was stupid, but didn't even think about it... I ran all the way back up to the top floor where we lived and bundled my cats into their carriers then took them outside. My wife was mixed between being immensely grateful and wanting to beat me over the head for worrying her. I think I need to get in the habit of just taking them, even if I think it's not a real fire. After all, an evacuation is supposed to be a proper test... though most people don't treat it as such. Anyway, getting off topic, but people do silly things when it comes family and pets. If I could have also carried my PC, I might have thought about it, but a full size tower is a little unwieldy ![]() Arabin |

No, Denny brought us Streets of Mayhem, and Matt released everything else in the city until Scott's addition of Mayhem Rail. Arabin |
