Just checked in and seen PC red sector has positivly leapt up the WIP meter, Mayhem Underground has appeared (any more info on that one anyone) and the best bit, SoH has re-appeared on the horizon. Although I hope you'll all forgive me if I don't start twitching yet. Mr Blackhammer |

![]() I can't speak for the others but Red Sector is nowhere near that far along... daylight savings time must have bumped the WIP! |

Oh man ... TRANSITION TILES!!!!! There have been a bunch of movies that end up in subway tunnels, and I agree, some transitions from tiled floors and walls to one with a big rift torn int he wall to expose (insert texture here) would be way cool. Cardstock rats ... gotta love that! ![]() Steve |

And thanks to a post on the SW Forum by Lord Abaddon: Hookers/Booth Babe Cardstock Standees for Mayhem Underground!!! Maybe with some Pimps or some dodgy Cops to accompany them. Booth Babes would be sweet!! Scale them up and use them to advertise WWG at conventions |

Heck, I don't go to conventions and even I know what they are ![]() Anyway, here is the scene. A huge convention hall filled with hundreds of gaming vendors plying their wares. Probably thousands of gaming geeks milling about, shuffling from here to there. How does one pull potential customers to their particular booth. How can they get you to buy their particular product, when there may be a dozen similar items at your competitor's booths? Simple, you hire a drop dead (often rather buxom) young lady, who may or may not wear something provocative, and you have her leaning over "your" table showing off her ... I mean YOUR assetts ![]() Keeping in mind that many gaming geeks rarely see females (to some they are merely rumors) your booth will be crowded. They will buy things they don't want just to have an excuse to stare and perhaps talk to her. Fantasy conventions they are often seen wearing chainmail bikinis. Sci-fi conventions they can be seen wearing interesting variations on the old white plastic stormtrooper armor. I've seen a photo of a booth babe for a WWII convention and she was dressed up like some gal who would have had her image painted on the nose of a B-17. Short shorts, and a bandana tied around her upper torso that barely contained her none-too-small ... you get the picture now? I don't go to cons and have never taken pictures of them myself, but from time to time out on TMP somebody will have a post about a con, and there will be links in there to booth babes from that con. Not that I encourage you to search for such things. Steve [EDIT: And here I was trying to keep it clean, and there you go Shinobi, with instant links right there at hand. ![]() |
