I don't know if you get Red Nose Day/Comic Relief in yankie land, but here in Britland it's a day to raise money for African & 3rd world children...

To try and raise some money I'm shaving off my long golden locks and am looking for sponsors...

They do take credit/debit cards on that site, but if anyone wants to donate and can't please let me know and I'll take paypal or whatever and absorb any costs...

Unfortunately the US doesn't have Red Nose Day, or many of the other great fundraisers I remember from England. Red Nose used to be one of my favourites though.

Although I'm new to England and all of its Holidays and events I just have to say "Hurrah" in my best Bertie Wooster voice.

Are you going to donate your hair? I've known many friends that when they cut off their locks they donated their hair to cancer and burn victims for a wig. Might be something to think about. Kill two birds with one stone.

I won't be shaving off my hair for red nose day (I don't have that much to spare really), but I am looking to do something for it. Any suggestions? (oh and btw, I will be popping over later to sponser you spinningdice. It's for a very good cause).
