I'm SOOOOOO getting this for Mechwarrior!!!! I will also try the game as well but if you did not know MechWarrior Solaris VII (MW Arena Combat) is coming out this summer and an arena would be great!

There are many gaming possibilities with this. As noted above Mech Warrior, Rezolution, 40K, Necromunda and AT-43.

Solaris VII coming again? Gads, I still have the original. But then, I still have all the originals of all the old Battletech and Mechwarrior rules and modules. Hmmmm.

I was given a poster from a game store for the original releases of the first 4 Battletech game modules, when Korenski didnt have the red t-shirt she ended up wearing under the leather jacket that ended up on the jacket of the book for the actual release. Parents werent ready for their kids to have that much skin showing in a "game" booklet. The later graphic novel suffered the same fate. It was only out a short time before being pulled.

Well, I will have to put this module on the list of wants.

This is one time I'll thank you for blind siding me... I just was not expecting this at all. And as an Expansion no less!

Needless to say, my finger is once again (as with the Manor) hovering over the Buy Me button. This is pretty damned cool.

I like the new PCom additions (railings, platforms, recessed hanger bays) they are exactly what we needed for the set.

So will we be seeing a bit more about the game rules? My first question is are the circular front arc pieces separate from the models and just slide up underneath the center fronts.? And I see something about components...we getting a set of generic modular parts with which to build our own towering walkers? or treaded dreadnoughts?

This definitely deserves a *twitch*.

By the way, did anyone notice the foot troops amongst the Mechs?

I just noticed that the tropper just to the right of the green robot is standing on what looks to be a suspended platform!
