Errr...hmm...
Robby and myself are the only two I know that have done "Maiden" kitbashes which reduced the size of the "Maiden" to a two master...I'm just not sure how much help I can be as mine was completely on the fly, unique, and I couldn't finish the instructions photos to be of much assistance. As well mine was based on Matboard as well as cardstock.
The one Robby built might be better for what you need, unfortuneatly he didn't finish putting up pictures of it so I don't know, as well he used photoshop and cheated a bit
. It was very close to being finished though. I'll leave him to respond on his own, and I'll help as best I can but for now the links below are the ones to his and my galleries of our brigantine builds.
