Heh, it took me a bit of searching to remember what the show was called, but I'm glad that I'm not the only one to remember it. The wheels are a real pain to make, but they look impressive when you manage it. Arabin |

but for such a small piece of the model, they take so much time to score, cut and assemble, plus they come with a higher than normal chance of not fitting well........ in my experience anyway LOL. |

Or glue a bunch of pennies together, paint them black, embed them half within the vehicle frame, and put the cardstock outer texture on... would give a lot of weight to the vehicles and get rid of a bunch of loose change too. Arabin |

I wouldn't waste coins on the wheels, they are much too valuable for weighing down other terrain pieces and as bases for minis. Aaaargh..... who put that bloody link to the Retro Junk site........ too many memories...... too many programs I used to like now I think are silly aaaaarrrgghhhh....... Rentaghost, Grange Hill, The Banana Splits... actually I still find the Banana Splits funny LOL |

I just buy toy cars and trucks and take the wheels off to use on my homemade models. |

Heh, in my case the tires need to be 3D or they will completely ruin the look of the model when finished so I have no issues with doing the extra work (not that I ever have anyway ![]() |
