I have to admit that I am a bit more interested in a pulpy industrial dock, but it may be true that a speedboat and a modern marina has more actual gameplay value now-a-days. I AM looking forward to the canals of venice chases in my shiney new boat (watch when it turns out to be a modern sailboat )...

I'm hoping for a couple of boat sizes: Small = speedboat (multiple skins) Medium = Not sure what to call it but one of those nice shiny white boats that have the cabin below, and fishing off the back. Large = This might be a seperate set on it's own, but a large version party yacht, the kind you could hold a playboy party on... if you were so inclined. Arabin |

Thanks for the update Paul. It sound more like a gritty docks area than a marina. Gritty docks are actually more useful for gaming in general since it is commonly thought to be a great place for crime and fight. A tug fits perfectly along those lines. Just an FYI, but to me, Marina brings to mind a Miami Vice style harbor with loads of expensive boats, millionaire playboys, and drug trading with bodyguards in designer suits. Mayhem Docks sounds like it'd create more of the impression you are going for. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. The idea of mini releases of various boats sounds good too. Arabin |

Paul, I like it! Mercs and Mariners, ohhhhhhhhh! Sometimes, when no ones' watching, I just put my arms around mine and hug and squeeze it, and call it george! I love my baby! Those 300hps,,,they want Amigo money for 'em! They don't take shiny beads or carbon credits! Gritty is the best way to go! That way, you have an old trawler for treasure diving pulp guys, and I'm sure I could rig it for my fishing scenario (I forgot about Reviersco "The Deep Ones" and their beautiful divers.). BTW I'm taking on Shadowcore tonight, printeds the items out, and ready to build! |
