I think you may need to check your printer settings, the scale to fit box should NOT be selected. I've never had a WW product look pixellated unless I accedently enlargerd it. All WW products are a min 200 dpi. Some are 300, I believe that dungeon linx is 300 and it has a sample. As far as the pictures go to my knowledge they are all actual photos. In several photos you can see score and fold marks on the cardstock if you look closely. But if you prefer check the user gallery to see normal results. |

First of all, welcome to the forums. I really hope you make the jump, not only because WWG's products are outstanding, but because the community here is amazing. Rendered? The ONLY product that has rendered images on their product page is the watchtower... EVERYTHING else is photos. ![]() All of their older products are 200 DPI (everything before Dlinx). Everything past that is 300 DPI. If it doesnt look EXTREMELY pretty, you're probably doing something wrong... Hopefully I answered all of your questions. ![]() Sacretis |

Perhaps a picture might help. This is my Castleworks Ultimate gatehouse next to a plastic gatehouse, I believe its from mageknight. It must be noted that others probably have better results. Mine is printed on fast normal setting using a $60 printer. |

Backgrounds are added to some of the images, like in the Streets of Mayhem images, but the actual product you see is real. The quality of the print depends on the cardstock you are using, and the printer. The better the products, the better the result, but even with a cheap printer you can get great results here. Also when you print don't change the print setting to cardstock. Leave it set to normal paper, the print results will be better. |

And to shoot the light through a diffusing material like gauze or Tul (tool) to reduce glare and bounceback light from the model itself. I've seen some very inexpensive plans online for lighting/photo shooting boxes made of simple PVC pipe with gauze draped over them and lamps outside. |
