Hey all, Just a quick heads up that you may or may not experience problems accessing WorldWorksGames over the next 48hours. We recently migrated our store and website to a more robust private server and our DNS info will take time to make the switch. This may effect all areas of WWG including store and mail functionality. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience and DON'T PANIC  We'll be back up and running before you know it!

then you need a unique ip for downtimes like this... also since it's dns only then theirs virtually no chance of major data loss. |

Should be zero chance of that. Both webservers (each running a copy of the store, forum, blog, etc) are pointed at the same DB, referenced by IP address - and have been for quite a bit while I've been getting everything ready for the changeover. It should be pretty smooth, as far as transitions go. But its been my experience that something always falls through the cracks somewhere.

Just went to post a message and although the message posted, I received this error on the forum after hitting "Submit": Could not connect to smtp host : 0 : Success DEBUG MODE Line : 111 File : smtp.php Arabin |
