update 6-7-08 - finally had Nerdfest 5. it was a good time, minus Brian who is now a stand up comedian and has no time anymore for games. and i'll go ahead and plug his site here (he just started doing this about 6 months ago)
anyway, we still had a good time. check out the pics of the action
Nerdfest 6 is scheduled for june 28th with all 4 of us...my wife is taking our son with her to one of her friends' baby showers and that gives me the whole saturday for nerdiness! booyah! stay tuned

sup everybody. ive been away for quite some time now. some of you may remember me, some not. anyway, in case you were anticipating another awesome Nerdfest, and have been wondering where the heck i ran off to....
my wife is 4 months pregnant!
it was planned, so all is well...but she's been crazy sick these past 3 months or so, and its sucked up all my free time just to make sure she's taken care of. that, and halo 3 
i had a recent gathering of the Nerdfest crew for a Halofest where we hooked up 2 xbox 360's for some lan action. fun times. a couple of guys asked, "hey, when are we going to have another Nerdfest?". so the interest is still there, and after seeing the mayhem marina, im wanting to play even more now!
i need to get several more Nerdfests in though before March 21st, because after that, the gathering of the nerds will be few and far between unless my new addition is a heroclix junkie right out of the womb.
anyway, just thought id stop by and say hey. time to go get my wife a popsicle and some sprite. thats been her diet for the last 3-4 months. yummy!
