I've been doing a lot of this for Denny for the past few years, and my schedule has gotten to the point where I just don't have the time to devote that Denny needs. Mostly what you're looking at is general Linux sysadmin knowledge, with (currently) Apache, mySQL and PHP knowledge. If Denny goes back into heavy redesign mode, a healthy dose of CSS and HTML is going to be useful, too.
If you don't have all those skills, don't despair. I can probably keep helping in a reduced role, so if you could pick up some of the bigger tasks, I'm happy to act as a backup, helper and general knowledge resource.
Oh - and the downloads are _totally_ worth it.
