I have a real bone to pick with Worldworks. The customer service I have received has been so good that it has raised my expectations regarding the rest of the world as well. Here at WWG, I get feedback the same day, usually the same hour, when I have a question about a product or a release timeline or even my incessant whining in the Wormhole betatesting. So when I contacted another company about their product, which looked VERY cool and is toitally different than anything WWG produces with a few questions, I figured I would get a response the same day. Or the same week. And because I didn't, I decided to pass on some very cool stuff because the Creator ticked me off. So I am blaming Denny, Bob, and crew for me bringing my hard-earned cash back here instead of to the competitiors, because here at WWG they really know how to impress a customer so much that everyone else seems totally lame by comparison. |

I have had a similar experience as well. From what I understand, we aren't alone. This problem is running rampant and is directly effecting the business plans and revenue totals of other companies. |

I want to add my frustration (  ) with the high level of customer service. I purchased Skull Cove and ArenaWorks back in 2004 and had lost the PDF's in computer upgrades and a couple moves and Bob was kind enough to help me find them, on a Sunday morning no less.
