I am currently talking to a couple of internet places that can do machine cut of custom shapes for foam core. I sent them the terrain linx mounting PDFs and gave them a (very) large number for the following cuts:
150 7x7 (for legacy cuts)
450 6x6
100 3x6
100 3x3
350 1x1 and 7/16th on an inch (linx tabs)
Because they are using a machine they should be able to cut the foam core into the terrain linx shapes (no additional foam core cutting required).
I'll shop around and let you know what the cheapest price. From my perspective foam core is the last piece of the puzzle for making me never have to cut anything out ever again
(especially since foam core is really hard to cut and dulls my blades really quickly).
