It's 4:14 AM here and after a mind numbing 14 hour instruction writing session my brain is all mushy and blurry. You can check both the SpaceWorks and CastleWorks Ultimate development threads for all the recent pre-launch updates. I know what it's like to be left hanging and waiting on something you really want is never a good time. Just know that I'm burning the midnight oil and doing everything I can to make CWU exceed everyone’s expectations. I would give everyone another peek but given the "hot" market with everyone spying on everyone else I really have to hold back until the "big reveal". Instead I have to remain relatively silent on both when this set will hit the store and what is included. Just know that it’s coming VERY soon. Paul’s SpaceWorks sample is 98% complete but he’s in the nasty process of a move so it’s delayed for another week or so. After extensive back and forth design talks this little sample really sets the tone for our upcoming “SpaceWorks: First Light” set and we wanted to get it right. This sample will give everyone a good taste of what’s to come. I know I say “It will be worth the wait” far too often but good things (logic in the details and quality) really do take time. I’m going to remain silent on the “Chambers of Evil” project but I hope to throw everyone a bone in late October. All that I can say is that from the work I have seen this project gets me really excited ![]() Also for October we will likely be launching our first Adventure Module “The Eye of Cappellasis” TM from husband and wife duo Rodney and Amanda Brazeau. I say “likely” because this hinges on my ability to finalize the product for launch in a timely fashion. It’s a tentative mid October launch. October will also be an expansion development period for CastleWorks Ultimate. Read all about that here: http://www.worldworksgames.com/forum/vi ... .php?t=772 A loaded month you say? You bet! In this case you can take the silence as a good sign for everyone out there. It means that WorldWorks (and our friends/competitors for that matter) are hard at work readying their respective products for release. One thing is for certain, October is going to be a very competitive and active month for us crazy model makers ![]() ~Denny falls to the floor in a puddle of his own drool~ |

I know, I Know. I know and understand why you dont say much about new products. But this doesnt make it easier. ![]() And your talk about all the things coming in October doesnt ease my sufferings. ![]() Take your time and Im sure it will be worth. |

I always figure quiet is good. In my line of work, it means the developers are killing themselves. Its when you hear noise (usually whining and moaning) that folks are bored or inactive - and then you have to worry. Idle hands and all that... ![]() Looking forward to it, Denny. I let my printer know a big job was coming. I figure CWU is good for at least 200 pages of printed material. ![]() |
