Hey gang, Over the past 48 hours we've received a few messages from store users regarding "missing downloads". The basic behavior is as follows: Once an order has gone through and is accepted by Paypal, sometimes, randomly, it doesn't seem to be syncing up with our cart system. As a consequence, the download isn't showing up within a users account history. This is a general FYI that we are aware of the problem and that we are actively seeking a solution ASAP. If you need to get in touch please don't hesitate to contact us at custserv@worldworksgames.com or you can ping us here on the forums. Our primary concern is getting you the product you paid for and we will do everything in our power to make that happen quickly. -Denny *UPDATE* There appears to be a buffer shortage somewhere which is likely causing the delay. We're getting closer. |
