That second image really brought it home! I can't wait to get my hands on this, Streets and Canals gave me dreams of city scapes but this - this fills my head with beautiful and complex adventuring sites! I, like Auld Grump, am curious about props as well - because I don't have the original set and I have very few props. Here's to hoping three's a large selection! *fingers crossed* |

The props will be basically the same as for the original Thoumont’s, although some things (like stairs) have recieved minor tweaks to make them fit into TerrainLinx. |

Unglaublich! That looks amazing! I'm looking forward to the release of this... and it's modern counterpart, whenever it becomes available. Great job! |

I was about to say that this is exactly what I was looking for in terms of terrain for Mordheim and that I was glad I waited. However, I may buy the current version now that I notice some of the comments. This does not mean I will not be buying the TLX version, though. I will definitely be buying the TLX version of Thoumonts as soon as it is released. |

I look forward to seeing how exactly those roofs are held together. I hope that what works for sloped roofs will also work for sloped floors. |

Hey thanks Candi. Its really great to hear comments like that. We always knew that TerrainlinX would take a bit of time to sink in and catch fire but that once people got it, they would be back for more. To us at least, it doesn't make sense to invest time in a build unless you can use it over and over again and in nearly unlimited configurations. I think the biggest hurdle we face is just getting people to commit to building a few pieces. Once they do though, they quickly realize that they aren't just building a one-off, never to be used again element. Every bit you build adds to the collection as a whole and your layout possibilities increase exponentially. |

Because the decision was made to use the original Thoumont's as a foundation for this set, we really had no choice but to make clear that it was "Thoumont's: TLX Edition". We can't sidestep that fact and call it Plaster & Timber Megabuilding because that would be disingenuous to customers who had previously purchased the original Thoumont's Obviously that's not a great marketing platform but we didn't have much choice. Moreover, we just didn't have time in the current schedule to develop new textures from scratch. Texturally Thoumont's just so happens to be the perfect multi-use structure. |
