My (very hopeful) guess: a series of sets to support WW2 games, with terrain tiles and papercrafted plane models.
Obviously set in the Pacific theatre, along the lines of Baa Baa Black Sheep fame.

Hmmm... Could be sets of props, they being the 'black sheep' as they wouldn't be terrain like all the other sets.
