I loved the concept of Terrain Linx but found it very time consuming to construct. This, however, is perfect. I can't wait for more. |

So will this be available at GenCon this year, or will it just be a "show and tell" model for us to look at but not be able to buy? [EDIT: I just saw above that Wyrd plans on having them for sale at the con- sweet!] Will you be brining enough is the next question? I am thinking once this gets out you will have these flying off the shelf, because I know for myself i will be buying one of each. |

Another thing I think would be too cool. The stuff this allows you to do with normal angles is unparalleled (no pun intended). but what you could do in a partnership with Dwarven Forge could be even more phenomenal. Their ability to cast high quality 3-d products for relatively cheap (compared to what it could cost) could fit in nicely with your sets. You could combine to make an awesome fully customizable cavern with your products creating the structure while they could construct stalacities and other 3-d features that could increase the depth of the cavern. They simply cannot afford to produce products at an entry level price point for most RPGers, most of their sets are $100+ and you need multiples to effectively play, but the two of you could work together to create a reasonably large cavern set for possibly an affordable $80 or less pricetag. perhaps even sell the parts separately but try to design the products to overlap. When I found cardstock and TLX a few months back I was simply blown away, I felt like I was seeing maps in a whole new way. This isn't a whole new way of looking at maps, this is a giant leap in gaming. with affordable easy to construct and layer 3-d terrain I fully expect RPG's to adapt to create new ideas about how to use it. Like with the onset of prepainted 3-d minis I expect future RPGs and wargaming to adapt to the new terrain options as much as the terrain is built for the products. |

TerraClips will be available to order via Wyrd Miniatures web store on August 5th. It will also be available for sale direct at GenCon. Distributors/Retailers can contact Wyrd for additional ordering info. Qpony: I just want to assure you that we are not dropping support for TLX releases. TLX remains our primary bread and butter and we have additional releases in the works. We would genuinely like to support both product lines if at all possible. |

This looks like a great products and I hope you have a lot of success with it. I'm already committed to tlx, though, I can't afford to start a collection of another format. Especially when I can't kitbash or print extras to replace damaged items.  Still, I do expect you'll have a lot of customers from the section of the market that buys rather than makes terrain already, and there are a lot of them out there.
