Here's my second creation: this is the first floor of the inn. The inn was created generic to allow multiple use as a standard tavern everytime the game requires it. Hope you like it! |

Yes the layout is excellent. An oddly enough, I find this angle of photo very appealing to the set as a whole. Nice work! -The Floyd |

Very, very nice. I foresee many brawls spilling out onto the floor and heroes leaping onto tables in your future. (If the G.M. is going to the trouble of making a set-up like that you might as well use it!) I haven't done a generic inn, just one for a pirate game I was planning before the Maiden turned out to be bigger than the cave I was planning to hide her in... The inn is the only part of the set up I kept. It was a pleasure to put together, and it looks like you had fun making yours as well. I have been thinking about making some transparencies for the windows and doing the inn again, but redoing something is never as enjoyable as making it the first time. The Auld Grump |

I like the two-story approach, especially the balcony overlooking the lobby. Great sniper position. Remember, only children and small animals look up. I would have left everything modular, but that's just me. I think my players would make jokes "do all inns hire the same architect?" Janx |

My those rooms look roomie! (My players accuse me of being a claustophile...) And a completely different design than the one I went with. My only suggestions are to put some type of support under the fireplace on the second floor, you don't want somebody on the first floor getting a nasty surprise! And a chimney for the first floor fireplaces, so as to avoid smoking out your guests. The Auld Grump, keep 'em coming! |

I really like the balcony idea, will have to play with that one. Just a curiosity, did you use the 3mm paper (matboard) for the floors? Your builds are inventive, can't wait to see more, keep them coming ![]() |

An idea of dubious practicality: It might be possible to do a chandaler for the area above the dining area using the chain transparencies from Castleworks ultimate. I am mentioning it mostly because of adventurers swing down from the balconies on them. ![]() The Auld Grump, it does look like a fun place for gaming. |
