Hmmm, the flickering may have been a sign that my computers Windows XP was getting unstable, I have since had to reformat. The machine started going slower and slower, then when I booted it up again it was at a crawl with the graphics at their lowest res. Not good.
The bad part is that I put the manuals for my most frequently used programs in storage, the CD keys written safely on their covers...
Oooh, me so smart! I downloaded the demo of Word Perfect 12 to handle my needs until I either find which box is the one with my manuals or convince them to send me a new key. (I have had very good service from Corel in the past, so I am not too worried. And I like WP12 enough that I will likely purchase the upgrade fairly soon. Being able to directly edit the XML database that I use for creature stats is nice.)
So part of the problem (the flicker and multiple postings) was at my end.
*EDIT* Hmmm, I don't believe that anyone should have an elite member token on this forum until they post some pictures of their craftings... (Yeah, I still need to get a digital camera.)
