So do the rocks and trees attach at all or are they free standing like the original set? |

All hail the robo-cut trees. My arthritis thanks you. It took me about 10 minutes to print, cut, and assemble one of the simple deciduous trees. The foamcore bases are a nice touch. It doesn't look like the boulders and stuff have anchor points. |

Hmmm...I'm thinking forest outside of the city for an ATZ game...or mixed in with city and destroyed for a different ATZ game. Very nice. Excellent work as always from Matt. |

Well, while I prefer the railroad trees, it is a whole lot easier to balance figures on the World Works ones. I tend to swap the plastic ones when folks start climbing the trees. They definitely have a place on my tables - especially in Mordheim/Empire in Flames, where having archers at height is a major advantage on the battlefield. The Auld Grump, sad, waiting for ink to dry, and all I can think of is how my bed is calling to me.... |
