I know that Eldorf Dragonsbane is just as keen a player of ATZ as I am, so I''m going to second his choices for lots more Mayhem City buildings and scenery. One thing he didn't mention but I'd love to see is simple houses of the kind found in any bog standard estate. You know the kind - two or three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room and a garage. Detached, semi-detached or numerous houses a row.

Oh, and definitely more Mega-Mall shops. Indeed that set is crying out to be converted to TLX.

I do not know if I am missing them but I think I should also tag on to the wishlist of 2011 more standies: more monsters, more adventurers, more background characters, I know I will buy them all.

And of course in agreement with many others, more props and boosters for your fantasy settings.

Something I think would work well in TLX, an underground base. Suitable for both heroes (think SHADO in UFO) or villains (think Bond-villain). Lots of magnetic wheel computer banks, control consoles and wall mounted maps of the world.
Crooked Dice are developing a wargame based on 70's TV action shows, something like this would be very useful. And I'd be certain to pimp it on their forum!

I posted this over in the general requests too, but a modular campaign map would be really cool. I would buy that in an instant.

Also, not sure if I already mentioned this or not, but 2d terrain suitable for rpgs... you guys would do a way better job on that than any of the other companies out there

I'd like Matt to revisit PC Battlegrounds for TLX but instead of the arena transformer style mechs I'd like to see a more Front Mission style military mechs with interchangeable parts for missions, and military camouflage for colours instead of the solid colours. YEAH BABY

Some great ideas there Zenguy! TLX villageworks could add some more building variety to HV streets, as well.

After Terraclips is released I would love to see a line of Terra Standies. I'm imagining durable cardboard standies packaged in sets like: The Goblin Shack, Forrest Fiends, Village Folks, Dungeon Denizens, etc... Each set would include standies, props (like traps, broken furniture, broken statues, giant spider webs, thrones made from bones, etc) plastic bases, and one boss like the ones in the Dwarf TLX sets that can be quickly put together and disasembled. This would really be cool if it could be matched to some RPG adventures.

Now, that is an interesting idea! I think a similar thing could be done in a non-Terraclips format too.

Ooh - third vote for Terraclips standees packs! Maybe a flat plastic base with an 'X' vertical clip and two die-cut standee pieces that slot together to make a pseudo-3d standee (similar to the trees in Forests).

A TLX Maiden and here's why:

It's a lot of stuff to cut and even though I own it, I'd buy it again if I could run it through my cutter.

Dungeon Props! (someone said) but here's why:

I love the Inns and Pubs add-on. One 'gripe' I have about the sets I see is everything is the scenarios are so 'clean'. Also, from a practical gaming point of view, sometimes it's just quicker to scribble an encounter area outline but if we had a good selection of:

Bricks/Slabs
Armor Racks
Chests
Poles/Lumber
Shelves
Tables/Chairs (more variety)
Corpses/Bones
Pools of liquid

etc..

You could sell them cheap (or as a set) and they'd be used nearly every time. There are some great props scattered throught the sets you have so you definitely have the skills. Oh, and they must be TLX/Cutter compatible.

I think small sets of 'transitional' elements that bridge between sets would be really great. For example;

Himmelvale tiles that are half covered with hinterland scrub, to show where the town begins and the wilderness ends. Etc.

Even though the textures are AWESOME, they are still repetitive. I wonder if you could make an application that could spit out 'randomized' textures based on several stamp styles so that every stone wall was a little different.

Page Builder:
Also, while I'm dreaming, it would allow you to design what you want to build, figure out what pieces you needed, 'texturize it' and lay it out on a page to maximize paper /printing real estate, then, produce cutter ready files.

3d Visualizer:
But I'm just getting started!!! Hey, it's a virtual world man! Once we build this awesome world on paper it'd be awesome if we could have a 'virtual' world of what we built online so our players could explore the world via one of the MMO Freeware engines out there.

Collaboration:
ANND.. once we build all this cool layout stuff and optimize it for printing we could publish 'modules' such as town layouts/dungeon layouts that let other people come and download the modules for quick and easy printing and building as well as possibly collaborate on the online space so we could have a virtual world that we can also download and print out parts of to game in with friends IRL.

Oh and if you can make this a free download that'd be great. (LOL)

Yeah, I know this is whacky and wild and I don't actually expect it, but hey, maybe it'll flip a switch in your brain and you'll go 'yeah baby, we can DO This!' and I get to play in that world some day.

I like the idea of terraclips standees. That's something I would buy, even though I don't plan to buy terraclips itself You could have props too, like trees, etc.

Tangible trees are definitely an interest as the can be a bear to build (although Robocutters help that greatly)

Terraclips. I know this is completely out of your control Denny but I so want this. And once it appears, more of the same! (Hopefully there's enough synergy between that and TLX for textures etc that asking for 1 doesn't delay the other too much)

Lots more outdoor terrain, especially desert and snow (could do with them in my campaign at the mo! )

Prop packs. How about enough to do a marketplace, caravan train etc?

TLX version of Caveworks, with transitions to sewers and to halls.

And of course Worldworks to prosper, and Denny be able to employ more full time designers!

Also, a Himmelveil Steampunk set would be #1 on my list. Interior upgrades for Thoumonts with mad scientist wall textures and steampunk-y tech bits - think of the pieces in the Sewers expansion. Also huge, brass gears sticking out of things

So could I. That's why I suggested it. Ruined castle TLX could also be used with Hinterland for some really cool effects.

If you haven't already, check out Lost Halls of the Dwarven King and its Treasures and Tombs booster. Lots of great material for making wilderness ruins under snow there.

That said, a TLX Hinterlands Winter booster would be great.

Although I don't own LHOTDK, the builds with it do look great. I just need to finish my HV Streets build before I start on anything else, and I'll proabably be doing a Titan build next for use with Traveller .
My main request there was a Hinterland TLX Snow Booster, and Castle TLX. Ruined castles would be a booster for Castle TLX.

I'll umpteenth Bump the Standees and props T-Clips Idea.

1) The Cult of Qualtos: Goblins, Orcs and a few tents, fire pits, fences and head racks (thinking Hinterlands: Swampwood textures)

2) Milkwood Village: Villagers, Shopkeeps, Bar standees, with tables (you can never ever have too many tables). counters, beds and chairs.

3) The Crypt of Xarnik: Skeletons, slimes, torture devices, tables stained with blood and potions, treasure chests, etc. etc.

4) The Greenwood: Bears, Wolves, Trees, Bushes, and rocks.

5) Misingers Quarter: Thieves, Assasins, Pirates, Crates, Tables, T-clip docks

$25 a piece for 6-10 die cut sheets full of awesome content would easily be worth it.

Nice ideas for standees/props llyrghmnghyll. I really think that terraclips props would make this for me. I would use the standees to supplement my plastic and one monk minis, but the props would really be useful. These packs would be great for roleplayers / rpgs. I'd love to see some sci-fi of this too - get to work, Paul!
