I’m actually pretty surprised at how many people showed up here Christmas eve (and day for that matter). I’ll take that as a good sign ![]() |

Hi, new 'user' here. Found this site by accident (various google searches). Just bought the competition's product (Wizard of the Coast's: Map Folio). The product was 'ok' but the instruction/support was horrible. Then I found this site, along with the 'beginner's tutorials'. Wow - I learned more about 3-D construction in 10 minutes from the tutorials than hours and hours of horrible experimentation with the 'other' product. Those mini-videos (and this entire web-site) are top-notch (and I have googled them all). AND The site offered this tutorials for free! You have gained a loyal customer. I will be making all my future purchases through WorldWorks. ![]() Just a few questions: - If you order the pre-printed products, do they ALSO come with a disk of the PDFs? (I.e., can I print out more sheets if needed?) - I see that many of your PDF products are very large (10+ MB), even when zipped. This can be a deterrent for those of us with a crummy ISP who only offers limited mail-box sizes. Is there any way around this? |

Welcome Banesfinger! You'll find WWG products are far superior to others on the market. Even the mighty WotC! I do believe you get a disc with the pre-printed versions so you can modify your setup. You will also find the instructions that come with the downloaded pdfs quite informative and easy to follow as well! When you make the purchase through RPG Now you can d/l the file. It does not get e-mailed to you. If your ISP allows this, you'll have no problems and find it's worth the wait. If you bought the WotC version, you should try Castleworks Ultimate. Great set that puts all others to shame! |

The way it works when you make a purchase - you don't get the product in an e-mail, instead you get a link to the download. Open your e-mail, click it, and Bjorn Strogninthearms's your uncle! The download will take time, so keep a book handy, but you won't overflow your mailbox. (Trust me, I know all about long download times, I was on dial-up until last month.) The Auld Grump |

Another option that RPG has is to burn your purchases to a CD, then they'll mail it to you. You might consider that option as well. |

Yeah, me either, but then, I've had broadband for over six years now and will NEVER EVER go back to the alternative. Plus I have a backup server and CD burner, so I don't worry so much about losing files. But then, I am a professional geek, and I realize not everyone is as technically compulsive as I am. |

Yeah, you just get a download, but if you are worried about lossing the files, you can i figure make a back up on disc, got all of my cardstock On a CD, as o get a new one it gets added so i never have to worry about my Terrain getting eaten by viruses, or crashes etc... nor taking up lots of room on the hard drive, i have quit the collection now... and waiting to add FL.... |

I've got a DVD-RW with 3.2 GB of terrain on it. My wife asked me how much money it all costs.... I changed the subject, if she knew, she'd kill me! |
