Post subject: | Carrion Crown Adventure Path |
I finally got my group to accede to a Pathfinder adventure path. We will be starting the Carrion Crown path in a couple of weeks. I've wanted to do this forever, so I'm going to do it big! I plan to build models for virtually all the sites they will utilise during the series. Anyone have some suggestions for me? I'm thinking I'll probably mix Castleworks and Villageworks for Harrowstone Prison, and the two interiorworks sets as well. I'm not sure that any of the TLX sets really have the feel for this set, although I would prefer to use TLX because of the modularity. I may just use Hinterlands TLX mixed with some Villageworks for the town of Ravengro, and some Wildwood Grove (a set I still need to purchase)for the town cemetary. What do you guys think? |

Hmmm, I would also recommend either the Himmelveil TLX releases or Cathedrae Noctis for use on the prison. Sometime, way back in the archives of this forum I mentioned using Castle Works Ultimate for a prison, complete with a video of the late, and very much missed, Ronnie Drew, filmed in a 19th century prison. Let me fumble around in the dark for a minute or five.... Gothic Realms and the adventure Missing Persons also have some good Prison material. Carrion Crown marks the point where I actually subscribed to Pathfinder. Good stuff. The Auld Grump |

On the other hand Lord Akeldama has this to say on the subject: Dear Lord Akeldama . . . Mary D asks: What is your considered opinion on the nature of *sparkling* vampires? Everyone should sparkle darling, not just vampires! I suggest diamonds are a good beginning or possibly sapphires. Then you can move into the arena of more strident colors such as emeralds and rubies. Really, my darling girl, the more sparkle the better! (From .) The Auld Grump |
