Well, "SpaceWorks: FirstLight" has officially gone gold. Yes there were many delays but in the end I think it was worth all the extra tweaking, sleepless nights and manic micro-managing. With each new product out of our workshop we intend to raise the bar and hopefully knock your socks off in the process.

Secondly, looking through the FL BAT, i found 3 typos in one sentence. Page 7 -

"Gues yuo'll need the door kit to add a door whereever you want one...."

I know this was a rush job towards the end.

Thirdly, can i get a job prooef-reading your stuff ? I will also need advance copies of all products so I can proof-check textures etc - hehe

Noticed those typos, as well as some others in page 6, though. In the Talon class description, you have "Here we have a duel engine, duel turret..." That particular spelling of "duel" is something that two people generally do with either pistols or swords. Should be "dual".

Page 1 has a misspelled "Quick" in the "Quik-Checkout" reference for the escape pods (unless this is a trademark kinda term ).

Page 5 should probably read "Props galore will dress up the shell of your starship. Included are Consoles..." (It reads "Includes" right now.)

On page 7, there are a few questionable grammar structures, but not too bothersome, since they could be discounted as "stylistic." Though "huds" should probably be capitalized, since I'm assuming you mean Heads-Up Displays (HUDs).

I'd be willing to help out with editing, too. (As I'm sure everyone else on these boards would!) I've done a good bit of writing, and I just recently got a painting article published over in Fictional Reality (www.fictionalreality.org). Just let me know if I can help...I'm cheap!

I do hope that doesn't come across as too arrogant or snarky on my part; that's most definitely not how it's meant. I totally dig WWG stuff, but I'm sometimes glad that the final products are all pictures (well, with the recent exception of the Eye, which I have no use for)...

I am anxiously awaiting this release! As you could probably tell from the number of posts I made yesterday.

Love the new front page layout Denny! Looks great, as does the new logo. I still have problems with the menu bar though, it always seperates from the main page and shifts to the left... It still works but it is no longer centered on the rest of the page

Read through the PDF and I'm more impressed than ever - really what more can a person say. This is going to be a blast to build... I just have to keep my focus - since I'm knee deep in UCW at the moment.
