How about this: For 15 pts, you get 2 missile tokens that start the game deployed in base contact with your ships. The idea is that a small tractor array allows a (non-squadron) ship to tow a single missile salvo. These missiles act normally in the game (i.e. you can't remote detonate unless you have a Hammerhead in play etc.); the only differences are that each ship has a maximum capacity of 1 missile salvo and that they're already deployed. If a missile token in base contact is destroyed (by enemy fire, chain reaction, whatever) treat it like a missile strike against the towing ship.
