Textures are not nearly as good as those of the WWG wizards, but I'm getting the hang of some of it...

I got to say I like the look of this.

Build pics! I'll get out some stock ships later for better comparison but here are the first few pics of the nightshade and tempest... By the way, my edger went kaput & my stinking Lexmark printer won't take refilled color cartridges. That's why the tempest looks rough.





***EDIT: Heh, I skroodupp and the models are both too big! I shrunk them (NShade is at 75% of above size & Tempest is at 67%) Also fixed the Nshade TOS as I forgot to put a point of armor on it...

aaannndd when I dug out my WH ships for comparison, I discovered that my blue carrier seems to have gotten stuck in hyperspace... The good news is that the ensigns now have the skate park they always wanted!

here's most of my bashes together (with HH & PB for reference)... A couple of them are washed out because I've been having printer trouble (though they're also washed out because of low contrast - thx again for the tip Sacretis)..



And here's my newest ship, the Praetorian Escort Frigate (one of two different escort ships I'm subbing). It carries a line of countermeasures that the enemy has to shoot through to hit your ships / station / alien artifact / asteroid bearing the likeness of a saint / etc.

What are the sticks sitting next to the base, Chris?

That's the countermeasures bar. Any attack made through the bar is affected by it, including missiles moving through the bar.
