Been thinking again. How about proximity mines? these could be placed as small debris fields or ADPs. To do this right, each debris/ADP/whatever would have to be #'d like a ship. controlling player writes down which #'s are prox b4 game. Mines are dumb, so any ship (from any player) whose movement ends within 6" of mine edge sets off a capital-sized kablooey. Dumb mines are intended to keep players from hiding in a 'thorn bush.' Mines disappear after use. if a ship is destroyed, normal debris placement follows. Thoughts? *EDIT: Any prox mine that detonates also sets off other mines within 12" |
