I've had numerous requests (especially from this forum. Yes, Munce, I'm talking about you ) to show more detailed photos of my buildings, especially the interiors. To this end, I have posted the first of hopefully many reviews on my blog site. The address is below in my signature. My first review is for the Mayhem Armoury.

To be honest, I didn't know that mounting board came in different thicknesses but the type I use is roughly 1mm thick, or 1/16 of an inch. I'd err on the thicker the better. I use mounting board for
all my builds. I would definitely recommend it for large builds, especially the warehouse. If you want to see my warehouse model check out my battle report for St. Trinian's and the Living Dead on my blog-site (address in my signature below) or on the WWG Gallery.
There are a number of advantages for using mounting board on large buildings. Strength and durability, of course, but also, there is virtually no chance of walls warping. I was tempted to say no chance of warping but someone will probably prove me wrong! All I can say is that warping has never been a problem for me.
