I'm building terrain for the D&D 4e module: The Scepter Tower of Spellguard. You can see the build unfolding here:

And levels were to be laid out on that, such as this one:


With the thin walls, I really wanted to use Terraclips so I could quickly change level interiors... And so I built a 14.5" hexagonal base using mat-board (thanks to suggestions here...) and bam - a 6" sided hexagonal tower floor!




For the interior walls, I needed to make 2", 4", and 5" TCP-compatible walls - a quick scan, some photoshop, printing on decals and mat-board and I can make any length wall I want.
