Even though I'm trying to buy my first home (boy, that is an experience!) and I have about half of my apartment packed (and that's not much fun either) and the fact that I made myself stop building (did I mentioned that I was moving and packing?), I couldn't stop myself from going back to my addic-, um . . . ah . . . hobby.

While going through some files on my laptop, I found myself in my Papercraft folder--ya know, just to have a look around. Three days later, I found that I had built this:







I don't really know what I'm going to do with it yet, but the imagination is running again. Now, if I could only find which box my sketchbook is in . . .

I've found that there are 3 things in life that are all extremely stressful; Child birth, home purchasing/selling and GenCon.

Aww, Denny, Gencon is only 28,000 attendees, how bad can it be? You just need to do more Cons. I'd recommended DragonCon but It may be a bit far of trip for you down to Atlanta, Georgia.



As an aside, just checked there staff page, if it was not so far out of my turf, I would be a 32 hour Page in a heart beat, that is about half the hours I put in for DragonCon, and DragonCon does not do room reimbursements

You should try combining your house building skills with cardstock hobby, what a fantastic house it would be, lol.

Three things I find stressful.

Having children, buying a house, and moving over seas to a foreign country with four children.

Although it all ties with going back to university at a ripe old age, well middle age, well thirty-something.
