I figured I would log my progress building out my set of ships, TOSs and Game Aids for Wormhole. I'm a bit of scatter brain, so I need to be methodical about the entire process or I'll end up printing extra pieces; like the Maiden extras in the bottom drawer of my desk. If you are building both sides (Blue & Orange), you will print the following for both. SHIPS (Number to print) 1 Hammer Head (Hammerheadblue.pdf X 1) 1 Carrier (carrierblue.pdf X 1) 3 Control Corvettes (controlblue.pdf X 1) 4 Particle Bows (particleblue.pdf) 3 Missile Fighters (missileblue.pdf X 1) 4 Skirmish Fighters (skirmblue.pdf X 1) UPDATE 5/29/08: You only need to print 1 copy of page 2 from controlblue.pdf OR particleblue.pdf; you will end up with 10 stands which are identical for the Control Corvettes and Particle Bows UPDATE 5/30/08: The Automated Defense Platform uses the same stand mentioned in the above update. TRAYS (Number to print) 1 Command Tray (commandtray.pdf X 1) 1 Fighter Tray (fightertray.pdf X 1) TOSs (Number to print) 1 Hammer Head TOS tray (hammerhead.pdf X 1) 1 Carrier 1 TOS tray (Carrier.pdf X 1) 3 Control Corvette TOS trays (control.pdf X 3) 4 Particle Bow TOS trays (Particlebow.pdf X 4) 3 Missile Fighter TOS trays (missile.pdf X 3) 4 Skirmish Fighter TOS trays (skirmish.pdf X 4) The TOSs may vary depending on your needs, but the above amount will cover all the ships built. This may seem a bit elementary, but that's what I need to do! ![]() I'll update this post once I move onto the Game Aids. Feel free to pitch in ![]() |

One thing to note is the Particle Bow and Control Corvette look to share the same stand-riser, and there's a ton of them in each PDF. I didn't realize this until after I printed, and thought "Hey, I coulda just printed that page once to get enough risers for both ships..." |

That kind of organization is a good idea. I'm gonna do likewise... |

Kind of a related question—how many sheets of black foamcore (assuming 20"x30") are required for a starter build? I know I need four for the Uncharted Space board, but how many do I need for each player's Trays, ship bases, etc? Thanks! |
