I posted this in the Craftrobo area, but figure it may be more appropriate in here.
I am working on a full conversion of Wormhole to machine cuttable...with as few changes to the Wormhole files as possible...here is the text from the other thread

That leaves the Command trays to do, and I have a question.
I am not going to do a machine cut for anything that needs mounting on foamcore..I think thats just a waste of effort.
Some of the parts of the Command trays are simple cuts by hand, and too long to fit inside the cutting bed without splitting the part.

Should I machine cut the sides of the part that can be cut?...or just leave those few parts for hand cutting ? Two of the parts...(The back of the trays) I do not want to split into parts

The Command trays are the only parts where I have not been able to resolve any cutting area issues

As a person that printed out enough to do the sample fleets in the rulebook but never cut them all because I just look longingly at my silhouette in the corner. I'm all for the ships getting done up. Looking at the command trays, as much as it would be nice for them to be robo-cut as well, I don't think it's as necessary.

I got my copy of wormhole through the Gamers for Haiti deal through rpgnow, but I'd happily pay the cost again for Wormhole to have machine cut-able ships.

The lack of automated cutting support is the only thing keeping me from snatching this set up immediately.

I mean, the reason you get a CraftROBO is so you don't waste tons of time and effort only to have it not come out as well as you'd like, right?

Files are converted, I have test built just about everything I converted...a few minor tweaks needed and its done

I shall be submitting it as soon as it can be submitted. I may want to redo some or all of it to make sure its compatible with the new Silhouette Studio tho...So between that and all thats happening with WWG I am not sure when this will be out.

Solo, were you able to get this subbed yet? I don't have a robo but I'm excited that the support will be there.

Yeah, me too. Don't own a robo, but want to get one soon. Just not sure when that will happen.

Too bad this Black Friday's sales weren't like last year. The price was 3/4 as much...maybe I can snag one in some upcoming blowout.

Its done, and tested...needs a wee bit of tweaking, and I need to convert it to studio still. Built everything and It makes a huge difference to making fleets

Basically another project on temp hold waiting for the new site I think
