I havent started on this yet and I want some feedback from everyone. If I were to do a DungeonWorks expansion, what elements would you most like to see? I have a few ideas but you guys tend have some awe inspiring thoughts! Fire away :)

Greetings,
Here are a few ideas.
1. Different wall and floor textures: other types of stones and maybe pyramid textures. (oops, maybe thats to big for an expansion)
2. More floor tiles that will vary like the masterboard for Villageworks.
3. Drop-on wall stuff like slimed wall, destroyed wall section to crawl through, more doors etc.
4. A sample of Monsterworks :)
5. Some ladders to climb up and maybe some other types of stone stairs.
6. Some more trap and treasure tiles.
7. How about some 3-D trap models, like spiked walls or a torture chamber with different torture devices. Maybe a drop-on wall thing with skeletons chained to the wall.
8. A dungeon toilet model (well, maybe not.) ;D
9. Floor to ceiling Columns for large rooms.
10. sarcophagus or tombs with lids and paper mummy inside.
11. Paper model chests and barrels (like Dungeonsiege).
12. Dungeonsiege is cool! (ooops off topic)
13. Evil, bloody altar.
14. tiles of dead creatures and animals and bones.
15. A HDTV with surround sound and DVD/RW. (wrong list again.) :)
16. More dungeon furniture: beds, creature nests, cabinets, tables, lecture with book, etc.
Well, that's it for now, there was more but it was just goofy stuff like complete creature bedroom sets and sofas for my little dungeon creature families. And there was the dungeon snack bar which was almost completely ridiculous.

Well, I still have my old Dungeon Floorplans and Caverns from GamesWorkshop (tells you how long I've been playing). I still use some of the odds and ends from those sets.
They include: Misc. Magic Symbols Misc. Scrawled messages and cryptic scribbles Patches of: hay, sticks, rocks, slime, furs, papers, and garbage Ladders Rugs Water, puddles, etc Barrels and sacks Coins, treasure, weapons, and armor Holes and cracks, (normal, smoking, and lava) Aside: I don't think I've ever come across a lava-filled pit 2-squares wide.... Pits (spiked and normal) Blood, scorch-marks, and signs of battle Coffins and such Dead bodies and (just because it was so silly) a sun-dial. ::) Yes, they included a sun-dial in a set of dungeon (underground) furnishings.
Aside from that, I have purchased a competing dungeon set just for additional furnishings (mostly stairs, different doors, coffins, candles, shelves, chests, etc). DungeonWorks is very much superior, but having some extra pieces is cool if you have the $. However, I assume that when InteriorWorks comes out, I'll be able to use much of that as dungeon dressing. I don't really have much of a need to layout a tavern or store, only combat areas.
Sorry for the rambling. Hope it helps.
-Mike
PS: Need an altar! Gotta have it! ;D
It takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a Viking to raze a village
