Here's another idea... Many of the current paper modelling sets concentrate on fantasy or sci-fi terrain, but what about modern day? What I would love to see for modern/near future gaming is an UrbanWorks set for playing games like d20 Modern, Cyberpunk, Shadowrun, Call of Cthulhu, Necromunda, Superhero RPGs (like Mutants & Masterminds) and the like. Some suggestions for tilesets, buildings and props: - roadway tilesets - park tilesets - pedestrian walkways - tenement buildings - convenience stores - multi-level office buildings - construction sites - "urban decay" ruins - walkways - fire escapes - ladders - newspaper stands - pop machine - steet lamp - park bench - phone booth - dumpster - hot dog vendor - advertisment billboards - street signs - cars and trucks I know I'd buy it! :-) |

As I don't play modern much, about all I can say is...cool idea, but I sincerely hope it doesn't get ahead of the missing medieval stuff. Still, a great idea...and a very solid list. City blocks make for easy, convenient tiling too (two-lane road with sidewalks, modular as all get out). |

I think this set would rock. There really are not many sets dealing with modern stuff out there. It would go with soooo many games(Call of Cthulhu, Spycraft, Urban Arcana, Mutants and Masterminds, just to name a few). If you do something like this, please add in ruined versions of the buildings. It would not only allow us to show the effects of a massive combat, but it would increase it's usability by making it more attractive to Gamma World types of games as well.Of course I would love to see modern/slightly sci fi interiors as well. |

It's definitely on the MUST do list. More than likely I will keep producing medieval sets as long as there is a demand for them but...I will absolutely be branching out into other genres. |
