Hello Everybody. I'm kinda new here but have been poking around this site for about a year.

Anyway I there are two things that I would really love to see, both which are not really considered models but would be very cool anyway.

1st is a set of paper miniatures. I'm pretty untalented and poor so really miniatures are out of the question. I know you have a few sets that some with paper miniatures but I think a full blow set of mini's would be outstanding.

The next idea is item cards for managing equipment in RPGs. The idea is you have a deck of cards the represents all the equipment you are carrying-weapons, armor, personal items. Each card represents an item with a space for notes and stats. recently there has this idea has taken the for of the GameMastery Cards. The problem is they are marketed as a collectible card game and they are expensive. They also only cover fantasy games. It's difficult to collect any useful amount of cards The ability to buy all the cards you need with one click and print them on demand would be amazing. Printed on card stock would be easy and allow you to write on them without worry. I think something like this is an awesome idea and many others would find it useful and fun.

Anyway, these are just a few little dreams of mine.

I've also used the Avery Business Card template in MS Word and other word processing software to make cards for many of my games. The newer Piquet rules only come with simple photocopy cards, and I like mine to be a bit fancier, so I use Word to make up what I want, fronts and backs, then print them. If you use borders on each card, it will give you a grid to cut them apart if using plain card stock, or you could get the business card stock at your local office supply store. I also doubled up with card stock to make a thicker card. Do the front on one sheet, and the back on another, and glue them together. Let dry after pressing out all the bubbles and extra glue, then cut apart using the borders mentioned above. They are actually better than some of the production cards for standing up to gaming abuse.

Paper Minis (Standees) are not only part of some sets, and downloadable free from others...they're also something we're well aware of and looking at developing. Expect to see more of them from us, and relatively soon.

As for the Item Cards, it's not on the production horizon as of yet, but it is certainly something we've discussed and considered.

My wishlist includes SciFi 28mm paper miniatures. Specifically,

* human soldiers with various weapons
* alien soldiers with various weapons
* scientists with scanners & weapons
* mutant animals
* mutant plants

If you haven't guessed yet, I not only have general SciFi in mind, but also Gamma World/Metamorphosis Alpha RPG. Sure, there are some paper figures for sale on PDF web sites, but most of those are mediocre to poor.

Item cards are already being produced by Paizo. Do a search for "GameMastery Item Cards." Be careful not to COPY their idea, WWG.

Basically, these are just cards with fantastic art printed on one side of them, and blank for an item number with a space for the players to write in what they know about the item in question on the other side. I have a full set of each set they put out and the GameMastery book to keep track of what items do what.

They are pretty, and some are foil. They even put out a Critical Hits deck.
